Steampunk Mist-Robed Gate

I've never played Mist-Robed Gate! I want to. Because I like to lasershark things, I'd like to play a conflict of factions between the Guild of Mechanicians, the Guild of Forgery, and the threadbare Sentinels of the Temple of Seven Steps--all set in a steampunk China with windup gyrocopters and hissing mantis walkers.

If that's not enough, Mist-Robed Gate as written is a pretty food-centric game, so I'm thinking about calling a good Chinese restaurant within reasonable distance of the Hugo House and seeing if we can reserve a party room to play in over dinner. (Failing that, maybe we can secure a smaller room and get takeout.)
