Post by John Powell » June 25th, 2010, 11:08 am

My therapist and I are are still working out 'issues' from my first roach game. I am not Bucephelus Hickum, NASCAR Rookie Driver of the Year. Nobody is.

Read the the entire horrible chronicle here.

The Drivers:

Jackson Tegu - Marshall Blau
Stephen Locke - Boyd "Shooter" McNulty
Brendan Adkins - David McDavid
John Powell - Bucephelus Hickum
John "Johnzo" Aegard - Johan Skorpian
Chris Bennett - Floyd Taint
Mathew Klein - Alison Steele

This game needs to happen more than once a year. Wait, on second thought...

This photo is a perfect compliment to the HarperCon '08 pic with me standing on the table. Jackson is playing it cool here, as if he weren't the causal factor in my behaving that way, as if Alison wasn't fleeing from a murderous Marshall. In a wheelchair. Bandaged head to toe with burns all over her post-crash body. Yes, Jackson is a cool character here. "Look at that zany Matthew getting all funky chicken. Isn't he amusing? Or disturbing? Or both?"

What's amusing and disturbing is Marshall was gunning Alison down in the streets of Sin City, in broad daylight. And he wasn't Roached.

I hear he had reasons.
