Why are some posts yellow?

You may be asking yourself, "why are my posts yellow?" or "why are that other guy's posts yellow?"

Simple: If you're registered to go to Go Play NW this year, your posts are green. If not, they're yellow. That way when you are making plans, brainstorming games, etc. you can see whether the people you're talking to are definitely going or still on the fence. You'll also see a little "Registered GPNW 20XX" title under their name.

Keep in mind, we're just a peaceful planet, we have no weapons, so there will be a delay between when you register and when your forum ID gets tagged as "registered" and switches to green. Remain calm.

Post colors have been updated to reflect 2012 registrations. Green folks are coming to the party!

Keep in mind that registration and forum accounts are totally separate systems that we sync manually. If you're registered for GPNW 2012 but don't see your posts in green, let me know and I'll make sure you haven't been overlooked.

Yeah, we just handed off the list to Ben last night, so hopefully he'll update it soon.

Yeah, the color-coded posts to mark who has registered have outlived their usefulness. We'll take it offline pretty soon to avoid any confusion.
