We had a common theme of "division among the knight orders" in both stories. Devin's knight (antagonist me) was a student of the valorous old guard of the knights, warriors who understood their long legacy and tradition, unlike these privileged new aristocrat knights who scoffed at their ways. Derek's knight (antagonist Eric) was a hardened veteran captain whose own son couldn't live up to his warrior ideals and turned to the new guard knights for acceptance.

Short time slot, so pretty rapidly teaching Polaris and then getting down to action. We definitely had some trouble getting into the groove of Polaris style of play, something a longer slot would have helped with. By the end most everybody was getting it, but by then we were out of time.
