Deadline for Scheduled Game Printouts: Tuesday, June 15

Just like previous years, we're going to print out the scheduled games and post them on the wall at the event for easy reference. The deadline for printing scheduled games is 10 pm, Tuesday June 15.

If you scheduled a game, post in your game thread saying who is playing before that deadline. Also say how many more seats are available (if any). For example:

players:
Ping
Matthew Klein
Chris B
(1 seat open)

If you don't, we will not list what players signed up for your game on the wall.

There's always a lot of discussion of who can play and who can't in threads, so we don't have the ability to decide what your final roster is: that's up to you. We'll just print what you say.


After that...
Naturally people will still use the forums after Tuesday, and there may be lots of discussion or even new game threads added, but keep in mind we won't be printing that stuff out. There will be plenty of blank game sheets at the event, so you can fill them out them and stick them on the wall.

If you're the GM/facilitator, you can also find your game sheet on the wall and make any last minute updates.
