FRI-01: Mythender [FULL]

Somewhat unexpectedly, I am watching my printer spit out 250 pages of Mythender even now, so I hope my having actually read the game will not dampen anyone's enthusiasm for playing it.
Here's the pitch: you are a band of frighteningly powerful men and women devoted to ridding the world of its gods--not just binding them, not just killing them, but unmaking them. If you do your job, you'll turn the cruel and corporeal rulers of Mythic Norden into vague legends living only in memory and song. To do it, though, you'll need to gather so much power you become like deities yourselves. And the minute you cross that line, when you accept the temptation of godhood, well, your companions have someone new to end...
Mythender is high-action, high-drama, and highly tactile--if you've ever wanted to slam a double fistful of dice onto the table to see if you've got the juice to decapitate the World-Serpent, this is the game for you. Given that this summer saw the debut of a popular movie about fighting Norse gods, I'm considering working up a scenario with an Avengers-y flavor, so let me know if that grabs your interest. Room for four players besides myself.
