Monsterhearts is Joe Mcdaldno's excellent game of teens and monsters in a small town playing with each other's hearts and bodies. I'm hoping to MC for 3-4 players, 4 hours. As always I'm happy to teach the system to people who haven't played before.

If players are willing I'd like to attempt to run this Monstercore style, limiting playbooks to 2 each of Mortal, Vampire, Werewolf, Ghoul, Infernal, and Witch.

I'm booked SAT-03, but curious about this "Monstercore" you mention? What's the reasoning behind those playbooks, specifically?

I'm interested in playing this again, though the Cthulhu event at the same time is also calling.
