SAT-01 Improv for Characters [9/12]
Posted: June 22nd, 2017, 4:23 pm
I've got some fun improv/theater exercises for anyone who's interested in exploring character-building! We'll look at how voice, movement, and values can bring depth and motivation to your characters. Build up your toolbox for on-the-fly NPCs, tapping into your larp characters, or just giving your PC a little extra roleplay at the table.
We'll be doing a lot of physical exercises (and maybe just a little bit of dance!) so wear something comfortable to move around in and bring your water bottle. These are mostly group exercises with some short 2-3 minute scenes to put these ideas into practice.
It's a little silly and a whole lot of fun. Beginners to improv welcome!
I'm capping it at 12 but that's not a required number for it to go off (we could do this with 2 people). Also an extra person won't hurt anything if you'd like to join in the fun last-minute but weren't on the list!
1. Colin C.
2. Dan B.
3. Miles G.
4. Cara S.
5. Gavin W.
6. Nate M.
7. Gary M.
8. Luke C.
9. Dale H.
