SAT-02 The Warren: World of Cascadia Beach (1/3)
Posted: July 2nd, 2017, 3:32 pm
A tourist town draped between a headland and an estuary, Cascadia Beach supports three very different populations of rabbits. The wild rabbits on the headland, looking out over the sea, sneer at the town-rabbits while steadily losing ground to the burrow-thieving puffins. The town-rabbits, half-feral and half-community pets, live a summer life of idleness and luxury interrupted only by speeding cars and stray dogs. The beach-rabbits live at the whim of the elements, and hold themselves apart from the town and the headlands - yet they rely on the other rabbits for food and aid in their liminal, ever-changing environs.
I propose we spend a half hour or so making characters and talking about the world, and then play to find out what happens. I'll bring character sheets and play aids.
