Published by the UK's Melsonian Arts Council, Troika! is a science fantasy RPG with lots of weirdness. I've run it a couple of times. It's rules-light, so you don't have to have any experience to sign up.
We'll start with character generation, which is random, quick, and evocative. Then we'll play through the starter adventure "The Blancmange & Thistle," in which the characters race to attend a fabulous party atop a charming interdimensional hotel.
