18th century magical PbtA game?

While standing in the facilitator's line SAT-01, someone else pitched a game about magic (sorcery? witchcraft?) in, I think, 18th century Europe that sounded really cool. I was swept away with responsibility and didn't get the facilitator's name or any info about the game. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? I'd love to learn more.

I know which one you are talking about, and I've been wracking my brain to try to remember specifics. I am pretty solidly certain it was a playtest of the facilitator's own PbtA game. In addition to supernatural elements, it was also supposed to involve a lot of political intrigue.

...And that's all I remember for sure. All other memories I have on the subject are untrustworthy at best.
