18th century magical PbtA game?

While standing in the facilitator's line SAT-01, someone else pitched a game about magic (sorcery? witchcraft?) in, I think, 18th century Europe that sounded really cool. I was swept away with responsibility and didn't get the facilitator's name or any info about the game. Does anybody know what I'm talking about? I'd love to learn more.

I know which one you are talking about, and I've been wracking my brain to try to remember specifics. I am pretty solidly certain it was a playtest of the facilitator's own PbtA game. In addition to supernatural elements, it was also supposed to involve a lot of political intrigue.

...And that's all I remember for sure. All other memories I have on the subject are untrustworthy at best.

Hey, that was my game!

The game is called L'Oracle Baroque and is free on Itch.io:

Dark fantasy in a historical-fiction setting. Heavily inspired by The Sword, the Crown, and the Unspeakable Power and stories like Dr. Jeckyll and Mr. Hyde, The Phantom of the Opera, the Bartimaeus Trilogy, and Sweeney Todd.

Thanks, Sam!

I'm sad I didn't get a chance to talk to you about it at the con.
