I'd love to play TechNoir - I'm not sure I'm entirely ready to run it but on the chance that I can sling together a Transmission (Probably for Terminal City herself, my dear Vancouver) I'd be into running it.

This is purely a brainstorm - is anyone else interested in TechNoir at GPNW?

Well, if I can sling together the rest of this Vancouver Transmission and you guys are willing to help out and be aggressive about pursuing your own agendas, I'll run the game.
