**I am not sure WHERE we can run this. I remember there being a rec room in the basement we could use if it's unclaimed (and we move tables to the side), or take over an upstairs lounge, or just go outside somewhere that's out of the way. We'll make it work!
About the Workshop:
As a gamer you may have heard that improv is closely tied to role-playing, especially in narrative-based games. It’s true, improv theater teaches many skills that can make your game rock: working together, keeping things interesting, and taking risks. The goal of this workshop series is to highlight those skills (and more!) as they apply to role-playing games through improv exercises and scenework.
Level 1 explores the Golden “Yes, And†Rule and how to celebrate getting into trouble. Participants will focus on character-building, listening to and trusting your partner, and creating short scenes. Beginners to improv are welcome and encouraged!
Wear comfortable shoes and maybe bring a bottle of water.
Slots:
1. Morgan S.
2. Harry L.
3. Darin S.
4. Adrienne M.
5. Colin C.
6. Lee S.
7. Miles G.
8. Joe E.
9. Shuo
10. James L.
No looky-loos. Having an audience can actually discourage people from letting loose and getting truly comfortable.
