What's the Wi-Fi/cellphone reception like at the event site?
I'd like to bring the latest version of my game-in-progresss Invisible, but it requires each person to have an Internet-connected device. Is there Wi-Fi available in the game rooms? If not, is the 4G/LTE reception decent in the space?
Can I have the same folks sign up for two slots?
Invisible ideally takes two sessions of about 4 hours each to play through the whole thing. Can we accommodate this by having two time slots indicated on the sign-up thread, with the caveat that players will need to be available for both times?
Thanks!

Re: Questions for running Invisible
Hi Dylan, I checked our contract, and it looks like overnight guests with dorm rooms get campus-wide wifi, but everyone else has to pay. I don't recall the exact price, but it's a few dollars for weekend access. 4G access should be OK. I've never had trouble on campus.
No problem with spanning two game slots. Just label your scheduling thread something like SAT 01-02.
