Diadem is a GMless game about being kingmakers in the shambles of the third-century Roman Empire. The player characters are ineligible to become Emperor themselves, but they have enough influence between them that they can promote a candidate - if they ever agree on one. Meanwhile, the utter incompetent currently occupying the Imperial laurels is busily ruining everything, so you may have to hurry up and pick someone less than ideal.
