SUN-00 Running. No, like, for real. Running.

Do you get a little stir-crazy sitting down and having fun all day long for too many days in a row? Are you interested in going for a RUN and having fun as part of your con experience?

Inspired by the Wolf Chase at Big Bad Con, I'd like to host a short, easy run Sunday morning for the bold, brave, and early-birdy among us. I'll plot a roughly 3 mile loop starting and ending at Campeon, taking off at 7:30 AM, so you'll be back with time to shower before the first Sunday slot! Pace will be fairly easy, between 10 and 11-minute miles, and we'll happily adjust to the slower runners in our midst.

I myself will actually continue running after the 3 miles (because I'm training for a marathon), if anyone wants to join me for additional mileage!

I was going to forgo my regular Sunday run because of Go Play, so this sounds appealing to me!

I might join, with intermittent pauses for stretching and other functional movement play. (Edited to remove pace question, because you answered that.)
