Game schedule for 2019

Registration Opens: 1pm
FRI-01: 2pm – 6pm (4 hours)
Dinner time: 6pm – 8pm. Tables are reserved at Rhein Haus, near campus, if you want to join us.
FRI-02:8pm – midnight (4 hours)

==SATURDAY==
SAT-01: 9am – noon (3 hours)
Lunch: noon – 1pm (cafeteria is open 11:30-1pm)
SAT-02: 1:30pm – 5:30pm (4 hours)
Dinner: 6pm – 8pm
SAT-03: 8pm – midnight (4 hours)

==SUNDAY==
SUN-01: 9am - noon (3 hours)
Lunch: noon - 1pm (cafeteria is open 11:30-1pm)
SUN-02: 1:30pm - 5:30 pm (4 hours)
Dinner: 5:30pm - 7pm
SUN-03: 7pm - 10pm (3 hours)

One thing that always messed me up in the past is remembering which session was the 'random names in a hat' session, vs. the normal 'donut' sessions. Can you indicate which are which on the above schedule? I always felt bad when I signed up for a slot and only later realized I had missed the lottery. And conversely, anyone who dislikes the lottery might want to make sure they sign up for a scheduled game that slot.

Another option might be to make a separate post just for the lottery to remind people ('SAT 02 The Lottery (instead of the donut)"). Or both!

NOTE that Saturday’s dinner slot is not the catered Feast as in previous years, it’s just open dinner time.

We didn’t actually do the Lottery last year—without Ben Robbins present, no one remembered to offer that. I know in previous years we held it in SAT-02; we’re currently discussing whether we’re picking that back up again this year, and will keep everyone posted!
