Event registration:

• Within 60 days of purchase, we can refund your registration in full, up until 5 days before the event.
• After 60 days, we can refund your registration minus the fees charged to us by Eventbee (our ticketing service provider) and PayPal (our payment service provider), up until 5 days before the event.
• Our venue (Seattle University) charges us usage fees based upon the number of attendees we confirm in advance of the event. For that reason, we are unable to refund registrations that are canceled within 5 days of the event.

Shirt orders:

• Shirt ordering closes 21 days before the event, to allow time for production and delivery. We place the orders for shirts with our vendors the same day.
• Within 60 days of purchase, we can refund your shirt order in full, up until 21 days before the event.
• After 60 days, we can refund your registration minus the fees charged to us by Eventbee (our ticketing service provider) and PayPal (our payment service provider), up until 21 days before the event.
• Once we place the order, 21 days before the event, we are no longer able to refund shirt orders.
• Shirt orders must be picked up at the event; we do not ship shirts. Unclaimed shirts become the property of Go Play NW.
